Good Morning, Good Afternoon, Good Evening and Good Night.  Thanks for taking the time out of your busy day to ready my blog.  I hope you found something useful or I simply made you smile during your stay.  My full name is Barry Carter and I used to have a blog called filmnomore.com but found it too narrow a field.  I’m interested in so many things that I decided to give myself licence to write about whatever the hell I want.

So what to expect?  Hints and tips from my own life, stories about my ongoing experiments, how I invest my own money and no doubt a little social commentary (with a few jokes along the way).
